The company was incorporated on 22nd January 2000, under certificate of incorporation No 7678
issued by Joint Registrar Karachi on the authority of NOC issued by Government of Pakistan
for provision of security services throughout Pakistan within the preview of Memorandum of
Articles of Association.
The company started its business in April 2003 in province of Sindh with its head office at Karachi.
With induction of a senior Veteran Army Officer as CEO and member of BOD in July 2004, the company fostered growth and acquired license to operate in Province of Balochistan in year 2005. It acquired the membership of APSAA (All Pakistan Security Agencies Association) in February 2006 & also in the same year it gets registered with NADRA for the verification of recruitments of guards by checking their CNIC. It has the permission and is providing mobile security escorts throughout Pakistan. We plan to establish our firm bases in almost all major cities of Pakistan by first quarter 2009.

Lt. Col® Maqbool Hassan Khan is a Master of Science of 1964 to 66 badge. Trained in Intelligence,
Crypto & Electronic Security has rendered 25 years of excellent professional carrier of military,
serving on sensitive appointments contributing towards Sovereignty of the Country and the Nation.
Having great vision and experience in various fields has rendered advisory and consultancy services
in the private sector comprising of Multinational, Pakistani companies, Groups & Organizations in
security matters, industrial relations and Public relations. He is an accomplished senior executive
in corporate management, business developments in the fields of technology systems and services.
As part of business relationships, he has been closely associated with Tranzum Enterprises &
Hashoo Group over the last 10 years.
Mr. Agha S H Durrani
Director Operations
Mr. Agha S.H Durrani is a highly qualified and has a vast experience and background of security.
Having served in Airport Security Force as Assistant Director for two decades achieved impressive
and impeccable track record. Has rendered consultancy services to several organizations, multinational companies, and foreign embassies in the field of security through threat perception, analysis, developing reports and recommending most plausible and workable security systems.
He is a Law Graduate from S.M Law College Karachi. Has command on all the dialects of Pakistan. Has the special eye of solving the criminal / socio security problems. Has got excellent liaison with Law Enforcing Agencies and other important Government / Semi- Government Organizations.
